Common questions

How is ChainVision deployed?
Two deployment modes are planned. Cloud SaaS in an Australian region for low-overhead access, and private cloud inside the customer's own AWS or Azure tenant for operations where data must stay on customer infrastructure. The deployment mode is chosen as part of scoping.
What does a typical engagement look like?
A typical engagement begins with calibration of ChainVision against the operation's own data, followed by a baseline simulation and conversation with the planning team. From there, the engagement evolves with the operator's needs: scenario libraries, periodic re-runs as actuals arrive, integration with planning workflows.
What if our operation has an unusual processing route?
ChainVision is built around a node library covering common mining and mineral processing patterns. For operations with novel processing steps, custom configurations are part of scoping. The architecture is designed so that adding a node type is a contained, well-defined task.
How do you protect operator data?
Data protection is treated as a design requirement, not a bolt-on. The detailed architecture and roadmap are described on the security page; for operations where data must stay entirely on the operator's own infrastructure, private cloud deployment is part of the deployment design.
